I authored and maintained more than 100 knowledge base articles and release notes, translating complex cloud-based systems into documentation that administrators, IT teams, and operational users could actually use. Because the platform integrates multiple credential types and standardized automated control systems, the documentation needed to clearly connect software workflows with real-world access scenarios. My focus was on creating content that was accurate, consistent, and designed to scale as the product evolved.
I ramped up quickly and reached full operational proficiency within weeks, which allowed me to contribute directly to the successful launch of a major product release showcased at the Atrium User Conference in Tempe, Arizona. The documentation played a visible role in helping customers understand and evaluate the platform, and internal feedback indicated it supported stronger adoption and more effective sales conversations.
After the conference, I was selected as the company’s principal technical writer, reflecting confidence in my ability to take long-term ownership of documentation strategy and collaborate effectively across teams. In addition to written content, I produced a high-impact training and sales demonstration video, handling scripting, voiceover, and visual editing. The video became a reusable asset for marketing, sales, and onboarding.
My work concluded at project completion, leaving Atrium with a well-structured and maintainable documentation foundation built for continuity and long-term growth.
