What is a Reviewer’s Guide?
Critical to the success of any product is the opinion of the “experts,” or software reviewers who publish their opinion on the latest software. If these reviewers don’t like the software, few users will adopt it. On a few occasions, I was asked to write a reviewer’s guide encouraging the experts to try out the software, and to give it a positive review. Essentially, a reviewer’s guide is in part a “getting started” guide, and in part a marketing effort boasting the benefits and features of a software program.
