What are self help videos?

As an alternative to live support with a technician, these videos step the user through a self-healing process using screen captures, instructions and voice-over. These videos are also of great benefit to people who don’t speak English as a their first language, as they can pause or rewind if they don’t understand the video. Otherwise, they would have to ask the technician to repeat the instructions or speak more slowly, both of which contribute to longer call times and higher support costs.
