Tell me about the Reviewer’s Guide.
RealDownload was originally called NetZIP Download Demon when it was a product of NetZIP. Since I was the original writer of the reviewer’s guide for Download Demon, RealNetworks wanted me to revamp the screen shots and instructional steps where necessary. Although this is essentially marketing material, it does involve technical writing where the audience is reviewers, and the goal is to get positive reviews encouraging user acceptance.
